Usually Clients like to have budget certainty in their project. Due to CND's capacity to create a sophisticated and detailed concept design with their professional engineering team within short time, CND is also able to generate a detailed cost analysis with more than 1000 line items in form of a detailed itemized BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for its Clients. This cost analysis and its form is based on dozens of years of experience and is based on a large cost data base. In principle each building element is priced from a small brick to a single cable. Due to CNDs internationally based approach by using German standards the cost analysis is easy to understand and provides cost certainty for the concept design which was the outcome of an elaborate design workshop with the Client. Together Concept design and detailed budget form a strong base of the project with design and cost certainty before starting the construction.
